You/Your: the customer who makes an online purchase through the Maroon Vixen website.
Order: the order of Product(s) through the Marron Vixen website.
Order Confirmation: the e-mail sent by Maroon Vixen to you indicating our acceptance of your order as made through the Maroon Vixen website.

Products: the Products Maroon Vixen sells through the Maroon Vixen website.

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing our website and/or completing the shopping process on our website. Read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an Order. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
These Terms & Conditions, along with the Order and the Order Confirmation form the purchase agreement between you and Maroon Vixen. Changes in the agreement are only valid if they have been expressly agreed upon in writing or through valid email communication.
Any new products, features or tools added to our website shall also be subject to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate, update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without notice at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Product Display and Information
We have made all reasonable effort to ensure that Product information on our website is as accurate as possible. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and physical properties of our Products on our online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor, or mobile device will accurately display the colour, image or other physical properties of any Product ordered.
Maroon Vixen does not warrant or guarantee that there are no errors to Product description and/or pricing on our website. We reserve the right to modify Product information displayed on our website (such as description, availability, and price) at any time and without notice. Any changes to price, availability or description of Products will not affect Orders that have already been submitted and accepted.
Online Store Terms
By placing an Order on our Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You confirm that the information you provide when you place an Order is true, accurate, current and complete.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept your Order, including but not limited to the cases where:
We suspect that you are under the age of majority.
You provide incorrect information on your order;
Our website contains an error that relates to the Product(s) you ordered;
The Product that you ordered is no longer available.
If we are unable to process your Order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Any amount you have paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Maroon Vixen will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any Products from our Website, changing or editing products, information or other content on our Website, and/or refusing to process an Order or suspending a transaction after it has been processed.
Product Pricing
Product prices are listed on the Website in CAD and do no include any applicable tax or shipping/delivery costs. Cost for shipping and/or delivery will depend on your Order, the location of your delivery and the required shipping method of your Order. These costs will be calculated as you complete the checkout process on our website.
Payment
Maroon Vixen accepts payments by Square Space Payments, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit card. You use these payment methods at your own discretion.
You must supply your card details when you place your Order if paying by credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will be charged the total value of your Order. Your Order will not be accepted or delivered until your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the payment of the Product(s) ordered. In the event the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Product(s).
Product Delivery
The delivery address you provide in your Order is the place of delivery. Delivery will be made by Canada Post or via courier.
Maroon Vixen makes all efforts to deliver the Product(s) within a reasonable period of time. However, we are not able to guarantee delivery time, and we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delays in delivery.
Please note that title to and risk of loss of the Product(s) pass to you upon delivery.
Product Return or Exchange
Please notify us within 2 weeks of purchase if you want to return or exchange your order by notifying us by email at MaroonVixen11@gmail.com. If you received your order within 30 calendar days or less, we will provide you with further instructions (including a mailing address) to return your order. Valid reasons for a Product return are: broken or damaged product upon arrival or wrong size and there are no replacements available.
To exchange your bracelet for a different size or another bracelet, notify us by email at MaroonVixen11@gmail.com. If you received your order within 30 calendar days or less, we will provide you with further instructions (including a mailing address) to return your order for a refund so that you can order the correct size through our website.
If you have purchased your bracelet from a Maroon Vixen retailer, please return to the retailer where the Product was purchased for a refund / exchange. Any purchase from a Maroon Vixen retailer is subject to their return / exchange policy.
Shipping costs for a Return, Refund and/or Exchange are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or valid email communication. You are under a duty to ensure that the Products are kept safe, secure and in good condition while the Products remain in your possession.
Any requests for refund or exchange after 30 calendar days of purchase is at the discretion of Maroon Vixen.
Complaints
In the event you have a complaint or other comment to make please contact us by e-mail at MaroonVixen11@gmail.com or fill submit a form on our Contact Page on our website at the earliest possibility. We will reply to any customer complaints as soon as possible and within a maximum of 10 business days.
Limitation of Liability
This website and the materials and products on the website are provided “as is.” The Products are exclusively made for fashion purposes only and are to be worn as a bracelet on your wrist. The Products are not made for any other use or purpose whatsoever. Please note the Products sold on this website contain small parts and pieces which can be a choking hazard and are therefore not suitable for children. Products should be stored in a safe location when not being worn. Keep away from mouth, nose and ear.
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Products, which includes but is not limited to damages by physical injury.
Maroon Vixen does not represent or warrant that functions contained on the website or products sold on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that the website or the server(s) that make the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marron Vixen is in no way liable or responsible for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our website or Products; and (iii) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Maroon Vixen is in no way liable for any damages resulting from the incorrect use of the Website and the provision of inaccurate data as received on website Orders.

By visiting our website and placing your Order, you agree and understand that we employ the use of Cookies, process and use data provided by you as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Maroon Vixen trademark and all other illustrations, images, and logos which appear on our products, accessories, advertisements or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of Maroon Vixen. The reproduction of trademarks, pictures, images and logos is strictly forbidden, whether complete, partial or modified, without the prior express written consent of Maroon Vixen.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Maroon Vixen makes all reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations under these Terms & Conditions. However, we will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if delays or failures are caused by any circumstances or events beyond our control. These include, without limitation, natural disaster, flood, fire or explosion, war or civil disturbance, strikes or stoppages of work, government intervention, a third-party act or omission, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct Order information, or a failure by you to pay for your Order.
You will be informed of any such unforeseen event as soon as practical after its occurrence and we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
Product Resale
Our Products are only distributed through the Website, sold at live markets and/or events, and via Maroon Vixen authorised retailers. You may not misrepresent yourself as an authorised reseller or being qualified to resell our Products without our written consent. Maroon Vixen reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of your Order if we suspect that you intend to resell our Products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maroon Vixen, our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, (including attorneys' fees) that may result from any violation of these Terms & Conditions or any activity related to your access of our website or your Order. This includes any negligent or wrongful conduct by you or any other person accessing our site using your Internet connection.
